He is currently developing AI models for the LENR reactor and exploring its potential for scientific and practical applications. His interests include reading, traveling, and practicing yoga.

Mohan Kumara is a Research Engineer at HYLENR Technologies Pvt Ltd and one of the earliest scientists working on LENR within the company. With over 5 years of experience, Mohan has played a pivotal role in the design and fabrication of experimental LENR reactors. His hands-on expertise extends to instrumentation design, data visualization, and experiment management, where he has led the construction and testing of key reactor systems. Passionate about energy efficiency, Mohan constantly innovates with new tools and techniques to push the boundaries of LENR research.

Suprith is an Electronics and Communication Engineer and currently a Scientist at HYLENR Technologies. With a strong foundation from his role as Project Scientist A at the Centre for Energy Research, Bangalore, Suprith brings extensive expertise in managing complex projects and fostering technological innovation. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys traveling to new places and exploring culinary creativity through cooking.

Agastya Rao is a dynamic Scientist in Research & Development at HYLENR Technologies, combining a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Tech in Manufacturing from IIT Bhubaneswar. With expertise in non-conventional manufacturing processes, Agastya brings over 2 years of cutting-edge research experience and a year of practical work in project management, product design, and design for manufacturing and costing. His analytical mindset and innovative approach drive him to excel in advancing technology. Beyond engineering, Agastya is an accomplished musician, mastering the Tabla and Drums, reflecting his creativity and discipline. His dedication to both innovation and the arts makes him a well-rounded professional committed to pushing boundaries in R&D.

Pavan P. G. holds a PhD in Materials Science with a specialization in energy conversion applications and currently serves as a Project Engineer at HYLENR Technologies. With over five years of experience in research and development, Pavan excels at optimizing nanomaterials to drive performance and sustainability in cutting-edge projects. His expertise in managing complex projects and developing innovative solutions positions him as a key contributor to HYLENR's advancements. Passionate about science and technology, Pavan also enjoys reading, cooking, and photography, allowing him to balance creativity with his technical pursuits.

Kotresh BTM is a Project Research Engineer at HYLENR Technologies Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, with a strong background in renewable energy. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering from VTU Belagavi, he has hands-on experience from roles at Suzlon Global Services and Wind World India as a Technical Site Engineer. At HYLENR, Kotresh drives innovation by developing solutions, designing experiments, and collaborating across teams. Passionate about staying current with industry trends, he is committed to advancing HYLENR's growth and success.

Bhavindra Rathore is a seasoned Product and Project Engineer with four years of specialized experience in product development and application management. Holding a Master's in International Business and Engineering from SRH University Heidelberg, Germany, Bhavindra has demonstrated expertise in using advanced project management tools and methodologies such as KAIZEN. His work spans various energy management projects, including those focused on LENR, solar, and wind energy. Throughout his career, he has successfully led engineering teams to optimize product efficiency, reduce lead times, and implement cost-effective solutions, positioning him as a key driver in product innovation.

In addition to his technical prowess, Bhavindra has been instrumental in the practical application of products, ensuring their alignment with business goals and market needs. 

Badirinadh Reddy is a Junior Research Engineer with a strong academic foundation, holding a Master’s degree in Aviation Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering. His research work, highlighted by his publication on "Enhanced Brake Disc Cooling using Wheel Rim with Axial Ventilators," underscores his expertise in advanced cooling technologies for aerospace systems. In addition to his research, Badirinadh possesses hands-on experience in CAD design engineering, which enhances his ability to contribute effectively to innovative engineering projects and technical solutions.

Samatha is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience spanning multinational corporations and start-ups. She possesses deep expertise in market research, marketing, and strategy, enabling her to analyze market trends and consumer behavior effectively to drive business growth. As a former entrepreneur, Samatha has played a pivotal role in accelerating the success of multiple start-ups, leveraging her skills in building cohesive teams and fostering strong professional relationships.

She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from JNTU Anantapur and an MBA (PGDM) from IIM Lucknow. Outside of her professional endeavors, Samatha enjoys traveling, playing board games, and spending time with her dog

Deepak Kumar B T is a Technical Assistant at HYLENR, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Electronics, and Mathematics. He specializes in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing support for both software and hardware issues, ensuring smooth operations within the company. Outside of work, Deepak enjoys playing cricket, which energizes his creativity and enthusiasm. He is dedicated to contributing to HYLENR's success.

Moheet leads operations at Hylenr Technologies, bringing over 20 years of experience across diverse industries and sectors. He joins Hylenr with a track record of managing complex operations and driving operational excellence in challenging environments. Armed with an MBA in Leadership and Strategy from NMIMS, Mumbai, Moheet has developed a deep understanding of operational challenges and innovative solutions through his work across West Africa, the Middle East, and India.

Known for his charismatic leadership style, Moheet excels at inspiring teams, fostering innovation, and navigating the intricacies of global operations. His strategic insights and hands-on approach will play a pivotal role in advancing Hylenr’s mission of delivering groundbreaking and sustainable clean energy solutions to the world. Sangeetha began her career as an HR professional at HYLENR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. after graduating with an MBA in 2023. As one of the first employees at HYLENR, she holds a special place in the company and is deeply involved in its growth and culture. Her passion for continuous learning drives her to constantly expand her knowledge, both personally and professionally. Outside of work, Sangeetha enjoys cooking, traveling, and discovering new ways to enhance her skillset.

Avinash holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from St. Joseph’s College, Bengaluru.

With a strong interest in technology and data, Avinash pursued a Data Science and Machine Learning. He also holds a Microsoft Power BI certification, further enhancing his expertise in data analysis and visualization. A tech enthusiast, Avinash is proficient in Python, MS SQL, Power BI, Excel, and machine learning. He recently completed training in Zoho Projects, expanding his knowledge in project management software. In his free time, Avinash enjoys playing cricket, football, and badminton.
